Specialised in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, Osmose has been working alongside industrial companies since 2000, providing air handling solutions that build in energy efficiency.
Technical skill, professionalism and innovation are the watchwords of the company. Through its Research & Development department, Osmose has developed distinctive products that answer the specific demands of the industrial world. Our 1,000 m² workshop allows custom prefabrication, which shortens lead times and makes installation easier at our clients' sites. From conception to installation, our teams are operational and also handle maintenance.

Next-generation extractor hood
Protect your operators from harmful steam and fumes during weighing. Three years of laboratory testing combined with digital simulations produced a hood that captures 99% of pollutants at source, without a draft shield.

The same promise at the scale of a complete work station : weighing, handling, welding. Exploitation costs divided by 30 and a more open work environment.

Push-pull technology : integrated air curtains protect the operator from handling toxic substances, with guaranteed effectiveness on heavy gases. Ventilated surface from 600 to 2000 mm.
Operator safety
Ventilates the inside of a closed enclosure before the door is opened, which then unlocks automatically. An ATEX version is available for explosive or flammable products.
Plug and play
The olfactory mini-cabin that fits on a bench and simulates volumes of up to 250 m³ thanks to its integrated algorithms. Quick purge between two tests and 90% less energy consumption.
Olfactory testing
Multifunctional booths to test the olfactory behaviour of your products in real-life situations. Set the scenario of your choice, every setting is variable, and the neutrality of the environment between two tests guarantees reliable results. A genuine marketing tool, too, for your showrooms.

From pilot study to exploitation, whether your project is a creation or a reorganization. Concentrate on your core business, we take charge of managing and treating the air, water and other fluids in your process environment.
Prefabrication
Our prefabricated systems are tested and validated before dismantling, then integrated in 3D into your real environment. The premises are scanned beforehand to guarantee turnkey solutions, of any size, fully adapted to your site.
Once prefabricated, our solutions are quickly installed. Fast, accurate and above all of high quality, all our solutions come out of our own workshop, which ensures traceability and reliability.

We intervene on products that we have built ourselves as well as on installations undertaken by other providers.
Our workers present certificates and authorizations in their focus areas of work.
